Mid-Carolina High School

 This is a scholarship in the amount of no less than $500 and is available to a worthy young person majoring in Forest Resource Management, or other natural resource based major, at an approved university or technical college. 

This scholarship will be based on a scholastic record and achievement record. The scholarship will only be given to Newberry County residents and/or direct family members of the Newberry Forestry Association.

Applications may be submitted by high school Seniors or university/technical college Freshmen, Sophomores or Juniors. However, graduating high school seniors will be prioritized. The scholarship will be selected by the Association’s board, and notification will be given before the start of the Fall semester. 

*This application must be postmarked by Friday, March 20, 2026.
