To: All Parents of 9th Graders,
The Mid-Carolina High School Guidance Department will now begin 9th Grade IGPs. Our window for 9th Grade IGP’s (including rescheduled meetings) will run from March 9, 2026 through April 10, 2026. An invitation card with a date and time will be sent for your child’s IGP meeting. If you need to reschedule a meeting, please call or email your child’s counselor. Also, if you have not received an invitation card by April 10, 2026, please make sure you have made your child’s counselor aware of it ASAP.
*Please Note: If an IGP meeting is missed without a notification to reschedule the meeting, and or the counselor was not notified that an invitation card was not received by April 10, 2026, the counselor will still meet with the student to discuss grades, future career goals, standardized testing, course requests for the upcoming year…..etc. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s counselor via email or by phone.
